In a recent print interview, the actor again went on to say that he would have loved to work with Kareena in Love Aaj Kal but had to bow down to director Imtiaz Ali’s demand for Deepika.Saif also revealed in that interview that he checked with Kareena if she would be okay with him doing the movie with Deepika. Anyway, Saif can be happy that he his lady love will be a part of his second production, Agent Vinod.
As for Deepika, it can hardly make her feel great to know that everytime Saif looked at her, he was secretly hoping it was Kareena.
Anyway, the actress is believed to have said that she is sure that Saif will not regret taking her for the role. For her part, the actress is putting on a brave front and is telling all and sundry about how great Saif is as a co star and a producer.
