The Delhi Metro was opened on December 24, 2002. But the current phase is under construction. It is running under 3 lines and the length of the line is 65 kilometers including 59 metro stations and divided into Red Line, Blue Line and Yellow Line and it is operated by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd(DMRC).
